Energy Intuitive and Reiki Master Teacher
“I’ve dedicated myself to movement and energy healing arts.”
Growing up in Seattle, I’m akin to the powerful energies of the Pacific Northwest. I’ve been here most of my life, with the exception of four years that I spent in Los Angeles studying theoretical mathematics and dance.
After immersing myself in yoga, continuum movement, dance, Ayurveda, as well as many other healing modalities, I found home with light work. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I continue to develop my intuitive skills through light energy training. In the future, I intend to extend my practices to plants and animals.
My spirit loves to explore the neighboring mountains and far off lands, in search of delight and connection to earth and sky. I believe feminine power, earth connection, and embodiment are profound guides for healing on individual, planetary, and cosmic levels.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
My intuitive understanding of emotions allows for compassionate connection with my clients. How we perceive ourselves establishes physical and nonphysical frameworks for how we live. How we live within our bodies affects our entire being. I love helping people connect to their bodies, and physical sensations, so they can have a more present experience of life.
I want to broaden people’s beliefs of is possible for themselves. We’ve lived thousands of years being told that some higher power structure knows what’s best for us — and that if we live within those constraints, we’ll be OK. But OK is not satisfying, nor does it support our sacred desires for expansion.
I want to help people identify where they’ve kept themselves small, and to turn that into power. Often, these patterns are below our awareness, and I want to dig below the biography of who you are to establish new belief systems. Creating a new foundation will support a more authentic sense of yourself, allowing you to live more in harmony and abundance.
