Hiking the Pacific Northwest

Earth-based healing

Mt. Rainier-2.jpg

Why do we feel better in Nature? Because we are nature. Society has taken us to very unnatural territory where we are disconnected from self and the planet. Yet, our bodies have deep memories of our natural rhythms.

Spending time in nature can rebuild our capacity to heal. It brings us back to the core of our being as powerful individuals, as threads of light in the infinite web of life. This can happen quickly and in simple ways. Perhaps things shift just by talking to the flowers. Something awakens deep within us.

Many women do not feel safe or comfortable entering the wilderness on their own, and for good reason. Yet, we need and desire the nourishment of Mother Earth. Our home region of the Pacific Northwest has so much to offer, yet it can be difficult to feel into Earth’s feminine spirit amidst the demands of modern city life.

Just being in nature has inherent value

Let’s go!

Please join me for local day hikes to rekindle our connection to natural abundance, creativity, and joy. Leave city for a few hours and unzip your spirit. Expand and soften into Earth’s support.

Hikes are held on Fridays, and limited to a group of four. They will take us to the nearby mountains about an hour outside of Seattle.
