“I’m captivated by where Earth meets spirit, and fascinated by how they animate each other. ”
Growing up in Seattle, I’m akin to the powerful energies of the Pacific Northwest. I’ve lived here most of my life, with the exception of four years I spent in Los Angeles studying theoretical mathematics and dance.
I have explored and trained in yoga, continuum movement, improvisation, dance, wilderness skills, Ayurveda, biofeedback, Reiki, intuitive energy healing, and other healing modalities. I am in awe of how our intuitions guide us toward magnificent truths and unpredictable journeys. I believe feminine power, earth connection, and embodiment are profound guides for healing on individual, planetary, and cosmic levels.
I love to explore the neighboring mountains and far off lands, finding connection to Earth and spirit. I’m always dreaming of my next adventure, and love to ignite people’s curiosity for this magnificent planet! Catch me hiking the thunderous mountains, twirling in the waters, wandering unfamiliar lands, and making awkward yoga poses in the grocery line.
